1 dead after boat crashes on Lake Cumberland

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- Kentucky wildlife officials are investigating a fatal boat crash on Lake Cumberland.

WLKY-TV in Lexington reported a man described as an experienced boat operator was killed Saturday when a catamaran rolled over during a poker run on the lake in south central Kentucky.

Fish and Wildlife Resources officers didn't immediately released the victim's name.

He was reported to be from Indianapolis.

Another man was injured in the crash, but was released from a hospital after treatment.
