Christopher Henderson - 5/24/08

He's a Middle Tennessee man with a long history of drugs and weapons offenses, and now he's on the police department's radar again.
Christopher Henderson has spent most of his adult life moving from prison to the outside world and then back again.
And he is once again a wanted man.

Kristin Helm says, "He got out of jail, was out on parole and was reporting to his parole officer. A year and a half after he was let out of prison he kinda fell off the radar and we haven't been able to find him since the end of 2006."

Henderson is wanted now for violating his probation but the TBI says Henderson's primary demon is drugs -- marijuana and cocaine.
That combined with guns has sent him to jail again and again.

"Christopher Henderson has a long criminal history going back to 1997. Almost all the crimes were committed in Nashville and it's here where the TBI believes they'll find him"

"When you see an individual like this in trouble time and time again for drugs and weapons charges eventually that crime is going to escalate into something more serious. And that's what we want to prevent in this situation and get him off the street"

Henderson's last known address is on Bethwood Drive in East Nashville, just a mile from TBI headquarters.
