Victim Fights Back Armed Robbers
Metro police are searching for two suspects involved in a home invasion in Antioch.
Metro police Captain Randy Hickerson said the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at a home located on Charmaine Drive.
Hickerson said a man was returning to his home when he was approached by two men wearing mask and carrying handguns.
The suspects forced the victim into the home and took an undisclosed amount of cash.
At some point, Hickerson said the victim and one of the suspects started scuffling. The victim was then hit in the head with a gun; he was not seriously hurt.
The victim told police he believes the suspects were two black males in their 20's, wearing all black with masks on their faces.
