Dekalb County Family Gets Rust in Tap Water- Erika Lathon
A Dekalb County family is getting a lot more than water when they turn on the tap.
The Poss family says their water is cloudy and filled with rust flakes and sediment.
Tony and Jeania Poss have been complaining to the Dekalb Utility District and the State Department of Environment and Conservation for a year.
The water lines to their home have been flushed several times and water tests show no signs of bacteria.
Despite the tests no one has been able to find the source of the sediment or stop it from contaminating the water.
The Poss' have three children and are concerned the water may pose a health risk.
