THP Trooper Termination - Erika Kurre
A Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper is facing termination after authorities say he accessed more than a hundred people's personal information without permission.
Lieutenant Ronnie Shirley is accused of using unauthorized access to get personal data, like driving records, on 182 people.
They don't believe his searches were politically motivated and most of the people searched do not personally know Shirley.
His attorney says they are shocked the THP is calling for his termination.
Shirley is on administrative leave with pay, pending the due process hearing, where his termination could be decided.THP Trooper Termination - Erika Kurre
